Operation and maintenance of electrical installations helps to keep electrical installations in working order. This order ensures safe operation of electrical installation and reduces potential dangerous situations. Safe operation of electrical installation is no.1 priority, and ensuring conformity to this requirement is regulated by the Electrical Safety Act.
For our part, we provide relevant operation and maintenance of electrical installation. We prepare operational scheme and maintenance plan, perform the required tests and provide consultations.
Electrical equipment is operational assembly, including electrical installation in the meaning of the electrical market act, which is intended to produce, transform, transmit, distribute or use electric power and which contains electrical or electronic components; („Electical safety law §3“).

EL-TIRAS OÜ is a privately owned Estonian business. The enterprise is relatively new, though its experience can be traced from the year of 2005. EL-TIRAS OÜ builds, renovates and prepares project designs of electric installations. We provide services in regard with all electrical works (in industrial buildings, offices, private houses and apartments). We perform electrical installation building works within the B competence area (<1000VAC). Our goals is to offer you quality, up-to-date and safe electrical system, which would feature easy and safe operation. We perform our work in conformity with the safety requirements.
